The Aylesbury WhizzFizzFest, on Saturday 30 June, has been enjoyed by thousands of families from the Vale and beyond, for many years. WhizzFizzFest is a children’s literary festival and is always packed with exciting new features and family friendly activities.
Inspired by Roald Dahl, one of the greatest children’s writers of all time, WhizzFizzFest is now adding to its hugely successful line-up of events with a rare chance to come face-to-face with some of the most entertaining and popular children’s writers at work today, David Solomons, Steve Antony, Andy Riley and Andrew Clover! Join us for a fantastic opportunity to listen to their stories, ask questions, take part in the fun and games and even take away a few tips on how to create characters yourself.
Also confirmed for this year are the amazing Dame Darcey Bussell, Dame Jessica Ennis-Hill and local singer and song writer, Tony Hadley!
WhizzFizzFest is presented by Aylesbury Vale District Council (AVDC).
